Reviews and Ratings
This hotel is a true gem with a stunning view of Mt. Fuji and a beautifully maintained garden. The spacious rooms with private baths were a luxury that made our stay memorable. The service was simply outstanding, with warm greetings and helpful staff making us feel welcomed. Although the dining experience at breakfast had some room for improvement, it was still enjoyable overall. The unique aspects of the garden and amenities truly set this hotel apart.
My stay at Hotel Kaneyamaen was an unforgettable experience filled with luxurious amenities and exceptional service. The rooms were spacious and featured a private onsen, providing a serene atmosphere. While the dining was mostly excellent, the breakfast selections could have been better tailored for a diverse palate. The grounds were stunning, but the hotel layout was a bit complex, making navigation challenging at times.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! The hotel features a stunning view of Mount Fuji and has a beautiful traditional onsen experience. The dining options were a mix of fantastic and average, and while the facilities were lovely, the room could use a bit more lighting. Overall, it provides a unique experience and is great value for the ambiance, though I found a few areas that could improve.
I had a wonderful experience at this onsen hotel, especially with the stunning view of Mt. Fuji and the beautiful Japanese gardens. The private onsen bath in my room was absolutely delightful, and the meals were top-notch. However, there was a brief issue with an odor in the bathroom, and the location, while picturesque, is a bit isolated with not much around.
Hotel Kaneyama provided us with a wonderful experience despite not being able to see Mt. Fuji due to rain. The spacious and modern room was equipped with fantastic amenities, including an open-air bath. The friendly staff made our stay exceptional, and the variety of onsens on property was perfect for relaxation. Although the hotel was somewhat pricey, the amazing Kaiseki dinner and beautiful garden definitely added value to our experience.
